At iORA, we want you to love your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a seamless shopping experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your iORA account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
